Here’s a quick look at what to expect when meeting me for the first time.
1. Understanding the "Why"
We will discuss why you have come to me. Whether it’s about a specific issue or general uncertainty, this step helps identify your core challenges and clarify your goals.
2. Building Trust
The initial session is about establishing chemistry and rapport. You’ll get to know me, understand my style, and we will ensure we both feel comfortable working together.
3. Setting Expectations
We will outline expectations for how often we’ll meet, what progress looks like, and what commitments are required.
4. Transparency
I will listen without judgement, acknowledging your feelings, be open, honest, and everything discussed will remain confidential.
If a coaching partnership is to develop, I will then provide you with detailed paperwork to include our agreed terms of working together in the form of a questionnaire, which once completed by you, will help to inform our journey and detail our commencement date.
